CONESCREW MIXER from fabdecon basically consists of vertical
conical vessel housing a screw parallel to the wall and performing a planetary motion. The planetary motion of the screw is
achieved by a highly engineered drive mechanism. The combination of the conical vessel and the planetary screw
imparts to the
product being processed,
a three dimensional motion by the mixing screw conveys the product form bottom of the vessel to the
product surface; the orbital arm orbits the mixing
of particles; and the speed of particles in the downward direction due to gravity increases as the vessel diameter decreases.
The result of these simultaneous actions, is a fast and intensive mixing with low power consumption to give high standards of mixing accuracy.
