·  Machine Upright: Highly engineered, rugged , welded fabrication to give smooth, vibration free and safe operation. Also includes contaner clamping device with adjustment to suit different diameter containers.

·  Upper Assembly: Welded fabrication, ruggedly designed, fixed or slewable housing , complete drive and the agitator shaft.

·  Hosting Mechanism: Hydraulically operated system is standard but optionally electromechanical system can be provided.

·  Mixing Element: Scientifically designed, efficient high shear FABDECON saw tooth impeller is standard. In case of very high viscous mass, in addition to the saw tooth cutter, a slow speed impeller for the mass movement is recommended and can be provided.

·  Mixing Element Speed: Fixed or variable speeds can be provided. The speed variation can be achieved manually or by electromechanical means using a servo motor. If necessary, the servo motor can be linked to the main motor load current by which the speed variation will become automatic to make optimum use of motor power.

·  Shaft: Vibration free, torsion resistant, sealedroller bearing, supported conical shaft permits smooth operation over ful range of variable speed.

·  Container: Cylindrical unjacketed with flat knuckled bottom and krib angle ring open is standard. Additional features like dished bottom vacumm or pressure covers, heating or cooling jacket can be incorporated.

·  Electricals: An electrical control panel incorporating the necessary motor starters, fuses, thermal relays, indicating lamps, push buttons etc. for safe operation of the equipment shall be supplied along with equipment.
